Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online
  • Knowledge of various accounting software (Accounting CS highly desired)
  • 2+ years of management experience, managing 3 or more employees
  • Possess a high level of technical proficiency
  • Possess strategic planning skills to evaluate business trends and make recommendations to improve operational efficiencies
  • Possess leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Handles requests for proposals (RFPs) as needed for potential new clients, as requested by partners.
  • Responsible for training and staff development
  • Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for the department
  • Performs HR functions such as hiring, corrective action, and termination of staff under direct supervision in conjunction with the supervisory partner
  • Ensures that the department has adequate and suitable resources to complete assigned tasks
  • Oversees departmental workload, manages, and assigns clients as needed.
  • Ensures departmental deadlines are met with the highest degree of accuracy
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Responsibilities

  • Prepare clear, concise, and neat work papers with definitive conclusions as well as meaningful, well-written recommendations for inclusion in client correspondence.
  • Identify issues & apply accounting principles
  • Perform other job-related duties as necessary

Requirements

  • CPA Certification
  • 2 or more years of qualifying public accounting experience
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, technical & auditing skills
  • Demonstrate ability to complete assigned tasks accurately

Responsibilities

  • Plan & perform engagements
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Develop corporate tax returns
  • Suggest improvements in clients’ Internal Controls
  • Respond to clients in a timely manner
  • Train and develop staff accountants
  • Participate in the recruitment of new & experienced staff
  • Possess strong oral & written communication skills and effective listening skills
  • Possess effective analytical & problem-solving abilities
  • Attend professional development & networking events
  • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
  • Perform other job-related duties as necessary

Requirements

  • Possess a high level of technical proficiency
  • Possess excellent analytical, technical & auditing skills, including proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS
  • Demonstrate ability to complete engagements, prepare complex financial statements & disclosures, & prepare file documentation for review by partner
  • Demonstrate ability to coordinate & manage multiple engagements & competing priorities & meet deadlines
  • Possess competent communication & presentation skills

Requirements

  • Possesses a high level of expertise in one or more specialized industry groups, but is still able to perform effectively in many areas
  • Demonstrate experience in practice development & business development

Responsibilities

  • Plan & perform engagements
  • Supervise large engagements, direct & control engagement planning
  • Participate in personnel scheduling, audit work paper & tax return review
  • Research & consult on complex audit issues
  • Play a key role in future business generation & continued development of client base, & identify future client needs and new business opportunities
  • Exemplify excellent leadership ability
  • Develop & maintain strong business relationships with individual clients & appropriate financial officers
  • Participate in the billing & collection process
  • Serve as a mentor & role model & participate in the development of staff
  • Participate in professional and/or civic organizations to enhance networking opportunities
  • Perform other job-related duties as necessary
