Our Story

The Orangeburg office was established in 1987 and has been serving the surrounding areas and agricultural community ever since. Our partners at this office specialize in a wide variety of tax and audit services, including commercial accounting, individual tax returns, and audits of towns, cities, waterworks systems, counties, school districts, hospitals, and various other non-profit entities.

Elizabeth C. Inabinet, CPA, CFE

Managing Partner

Elizabeth began her career with McGregor & Company, LLP in 1988 as an entry-level staff accountant. With nearly thirty years of experience, Elizabeth, who is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, now serves as our firm's Managing Partner and offers expertise in governmental and nonprofit auditing and tax services. When she's not at the office, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, cheering her kids on at high school football, basketball, and baseball games, and traveling every chance she gets.

M. Joseph Binnicker, CPA

Partner

Joe began his career at McGregor & Company, LLP in 1978 and was admitted as a partner in 1985. With over forty years of experience, he specializes in tax and business consultation with an emphasis on agricultural matters.

Lori B. Salley, CPA

Partner

Lori joined the McGregor & Company, LLP team in 1989 and was admitted as a partner in 2004. She specializes in Audit & Assurance, review, compilation, tax services, and consulting, focusing on governmental auditing, and has extensive experience in county and municipal audits. When she's not at the office, Lori enjoys spending time with her family at Lake Murray and watching USC Gamecocks football games.

Dawn K. Strickland, CPA

Partner

Dawn has been a part of the McGregor & Company, LLP family since 1991 and was admitted as a partner in 2007. She spends most of her time in the office working in Audit & Assurance, review, compilation, tax services, and consulting, specializing in government audits. She also has extensive experience in audits of counties and municipalities.
