McGregor & Company, LLP is a full-service accounting and business advisory firm with more than 90 years of experience.
Our company was founded in Columbia, SC, in 1930 with a vision of offering superior accounting services to South Carolinian companies. Mr. McGregor, one of the state’s first certified public accountants, founded this company on a commitment to excellence, trust, and personal service to clients.
Our Present
Today, we have grown into a large firm with 3 locations and over 50 employees, with clients throughout the state. Our reputation allows us to attract and retain the best and brightest in the industry, which means our clients benefit from best practices, resulting in outstanding services.

One of the best decisions I ever made was to accept an entry-level position with McGregor & Company, LLP almost thirty years ago. While I didn’t know much about the company at the time, I did know its reputation for providing quality services to its clients, and I knew that was the sort of firm with which I wanted to be affiliated.
We have been fortunate that our commitment to quality has endured. Some faces have changed, and we have experienced significant growth, but we have always maintained a team composed of the best in the business. From audit to tax to business and payroll services, we put our clients first.
